After the comment by Mr. Pradeep, I searched for the term "blank" in 'www.wikipedia.org'.

This webpage gave the following lessons for me: 1. A single word could mean so much. (Self: Agreed, did you not know this before?) 2. Is this why most of the experts stress that the Product Requirement Documents, SRS, all such similar documents are not the end of information? 3. Is this one of the reasons why the project fails at the customer side even on thorough planning, documentation?
